Pas gw tau slow dance ud ada torrent-nya di d-addict, gw dengan semangat 45 langsung mendownload-nya! mengapa? tak lain dan tak bukan karena ada ichiban gw, tsumabuki satoshi (buat yang pernah baca post gw, jangan heran melihat ichiban gw begitu banyak...)!!!!!!

Baru ep. 1, jujur gw ga terlalu napsu nontonnya soalnya yang jadi pairing-nya tsumabuki satoshi adalah... eri fukatsu! aduuhh, gw ngomel2 bgt, waaupun ada orang yang beranggapan eri fukatsu itu imut, tapi ko gw liatnya nggak matching sama tsumabuki satoshi yang lebih muda 7 tahun!!! chemistry-ya juga nggak kerasa, padahal pemeran lainnya ada fujiki naohito sama ryoko hirosue, kenapa pairingnya nggak tsumabuki satoshi-hirosue ryoko, fukatsu eri-fujiki naohito? kan lebih match???????


btw, tampaknya trend dorama wanita lebih tua dengan pria muda (nan imut xp_ kembali terjadi. Ceritanya tsumabuki satoshi merupakan seorang alumnus sekolah film yang sangat berbakat yang sekarang justru kerja sebagai guru nyetir mobil. Di tempat kerjanya tersebut, dia ketemu fukatsu eri (sebenarnya pertama kali ketemu di kedai kopi) yang belajar nyetir di sekolah tersebut. Tsumabuki satoshi ngerasa pernah ketemu sm fukatsu eri, tapi lupa. Ternyata fukatsu eri dulunya pernah praktek ngajar di sma-nya tsumabuki satoshi.

Di ep. 1 diceritain fukatsu eri yang nolak lamaran nikah oleh kekasihnya. juga diceritain mengenai hirosue ryoko yang bekerja sebagai asisten/juniornya fukatsu eri di sebuah butik/toko pakaian.

inti ceritanya paling seputar kisah romance antara tokoh2nya. nggak terlalu spesial menurut gw. Ratingnya pun cenderung menurun cukup drastis dalam tiga minggu penayangannya. Walaupun begitu dengan cast yang ok, cukup membuat gw penasaran.

eri fukatsu. gw baru nonton 2 doramanya dia, suekkon chounan ane san nin & odoru daisoussasen. di suekko lagi2 dia dapet daun muda, junichi okada dari v6. gw lebi suka dia di odoru.

satoshi tsumabuki. seinget gw baru 3 doramanya yang gw tonton, dekichatta kekkon, lunch queen ma orange days. mulai suka dia di lunch queen. di orange days sih kagak usah ditanya lagi, 4 thumbs up! btw, dia masih jalan ma Yuuka ga?

Gw nggak tau kalau di malaysia atau singapura ud keluar atau belum, tapi yang jelas di d-addicts belum ada tanda2 ada versi dengan subtitle-nya...

Smells Like ACE o nerae

Do you remember ACE o nerae which aired last winter? It was a drama based on a manga/anime about tennis starring Ueto Aya; and it turned out to be quite a big hit. There really wasn't anything more that could be done with the ACE o nerae story, since I guess they finished the entire story of the manga in the series and special which aired last summer. Instead, they decided to cast Ueto Aya in another drama based on a different sports anime/manga called "ATTACK no. 1". And since TV Asahi first started airing the previews for this drama, it was obvious that they were attempting to repeat the success of "ACE o nerae" with this drama.

This time Ueto plays Kozue, a high school girl who is a member of a volleyball team which is considered one of the best high school teams in Japan. However, Kozue is far from the best player on the team and makes mistakes quite frequently. She does get a bit of time in the spotlight at the beginning of the first episode when she is suddenly added to the lineup at the end of an important game and makes the deciding spike. Still, she has only modest confidence in her abilities and looks up to the more skilled members of the team such as her best friend, Midori.

However, this year Kozue is chosen to play on the national team instead of Midori, who was chosen last year. No one on her high school team can believe this, since she is not even the best on the team let alone national level material. Her teammates suddenly become quite hostile toward her, and even her best friend, Midori becomes distant and jealous. Despite a lacking level of self-confidence, Kozue decides to participate in the national team since it's too exciting an opportunity to pass up.

The coach of the national team turns out to be Inokuma Daigo (Funakoshi Eiichirou if you can believe it), who is a big scary-looking guy with sunglasses who kicks girls off the team left and right, dragging them out of the gym by their hair as they kick and scream. (Funakoshi looks really different with the facial hair and sunglasses.) He also used to be the coach of the boys national team many years ago when the coach of Kozue's high school team (Nakamura Shunsuke) was playing. Nakamura's character hates Inokuma, and he blames him for the death of his friend who apparently died from overexertion after being named captain.

Kozue meets a lot of talented players on the national team, and she has to do her best to keep up and rise to the same level as them. There is even one girl named Sanjou who hates Kozue and resents her very presence on the team. She hates her even more when the coach suddenly names Kozue captain of the team. Again, Kozue doesn't feel she is right for this role, but quickly rises to the challenge - even when given difficult responsibilities such as choosing the starting lineup of the team. If that weren't enough, to test Kozue's loyalty, the coach decides that their first practice match will be against Kozue's high school. Now Kozue will have to face all her friends, who are just as desperate to win as the national team is.

This drama even has a few common cast members with "ACE o nerae" besides Ueto Aya. Sakai Ayana and Morita Ayaka were in ACE o nerae too. Not only that, but the story is so similar it's almost fair enough to call it the same thing except the sport is volleyball this time, instead of tennis. Once again, Ueto plays a young athlete who is far from the best in her sport, but is given special privilege and is chosen by a ruthless coach who sees high potential in her. Once again, she is ostracized by her teammates because of the special treatment she gets. And once again, she will have to rise up from her humble beginnings to achieve greatness by the end of the drama.

There are a few minor differences in the story of course. This time, Hiromi - I mean Kozue - adjusts to her position on the national team and raises her skill level relatively quickly. Whereas in "ACE o nerae", Hiromi could hardly even hit the ball until the last few episodes when she is suddenly one of the best. (I thought they could have showed her progress more smoothly in that one.) This time, her love interest is a guy who works at a ramen shop, instead of a fellow athlete who she looks up to as in "ACE o nerae". Since volleyball is a team sport, teamwork is a major theme of "ATTACK no. 1" that wasn't covered much in "ACE o nerae". And, finally, I feel as if "ATTACK no. 1" is a bit more perverted than "ACE o nerae" since there seems to be more emphasis on girls wearing tight clothing and Ueto's status as an idol. (I really hate the part in the middle of the opening sequence when Ueto's voice suddenly comes in and says, "But I still cry, because I'm a girl." It almost reminds me of old 80's idol shows like "sukeban deka".)

Last year in Japan, volleyball achieved surprising popularity when a large percentage of Japanese tuned in to watch the Japanese women's volleyball team compete internationally. That's probably why they decided to choose a volleyball manga this time (though it's a bit late now). It's pretty obvious that this show is just another rehash of "ACE o nerae" using a different sport. And while that may sound like a very negative statement, you also have to keep in mind that I really enjoyed "ACE o nerae" a lot. How could I possibly dislike a show so similar? Actually, I'm very happy that TV Asahi decided to make this show. It gives a chance to explore the same theme using a different sport and slightly different circumstances. The main story is quite similar, but the events of each episode are still going to be new. I'm very excited to see what happens, and I really hope that TV Asahi continues to make even more dramas based on sports manga in the future. They don't necessarily have to star Ueto Aya though.

ok, buat info, ada dua tipe sub, yang hard sub dan yang soft sub. Yang hard sub yang subtitle-nya "nempel" langsung ke dorama-nya, sedangkan softsub, file dorama dengan file subtitle kepisah. Biasanya buat dorama yang ud ada RAW (tanpa sub)nya, banyak fansubbers cuma bikin subtitle-nya doang dan di upload di d-addicts sendiri, cuma kadang juga ada yang lebih prefer hardsub. Cara menggunakan soft sub gampang. Tinggal d/l program VobSub (cari aja di internet, gratis ko), trus install.

Cara supaya file subtitle bisa kebuka gampang. Cukup tempatkan file subtitle (biasanya extension-nya *.srt) dalam folder yang sama dengan file doramanya. Nama file antara dorama dengan subtitle harus sama. Terus tinggal dimainin di windows media player, nanti dia otomatis ada subtitle-nya.

Untuk pengguna vlc, ada settingannya, tapi ko gw nggak bisa sukses ya???

after that look at the lower right-hand side of the window and check the advance option.
then more options will apper...
then see the subtitles fileformat, open the box & select vobsub (for vobsub user, see what kind of sub prog you're using...)
then just click ok.

Koi ni Ochitara ~ boku no seikou no himitsu

He, baru selesai nonton koi ni ochitara (enggak juga ding, ep. 11 subtitle-nya belum keluar...) Huaaa... BAGUS BGT! Salah satu dorama terbaik untuk season spring kemarin. Overall rating-nya peringkat kedua setelah engine di posisi puncak (doushite????).

Kenapa koi ni ochitara bisa bagus bgt? well cast-nya aja ud bikin tercengan, kusanagi tsuyoshi (messenger, star no koi, food fight), tsutsumi shinichi (good luck, yamato nadeshiko, koi ni chikara, beginner), wakui emi (virgin road! sudah lama sekali gw tidak melihat dia main dorama, and believe me she's sooo adorable here), yamamoto koji (masih ingatkah yang jadi adik lelaki terkecil, fumiya di under the same roof? he's backkkk!), kimura yoshino (koi no kamisama, gw juga sudah cukup jarang melihat dia di dorama), dan tanihara shosuke (gokusen 2, pride jadi tunangannya yuko takeuchi, boku no ikiru michi, shinsengumi). Tampaknya banyak aktor comeback dalam dorama ini.

Sinopsis ceritanya gw kopi dari jdorama aja yah...

Since his father passed away six years ago, Shimao Suzuki has taken over the family business, working diligently at their factory with his mother Aiko and a couple of employees. Though not wealthy, Shimao, Aiko, and Shimao's sister Mariko are satisfied with their life.

One day, Shimao draws a raffle at a local shopping mall and wins a trip for two to Hawaii. He takes his mother, and there he meets a beautiful girl, Kaori Shirakawa, and a young and brilliant entrepreneurial president of Frontier, an up-and-coming IT firm, Toru Takayanagi. Shimao immediately falls in love with Kaori, who has a friendly and warm personality.

Shimao and Aiko come home to find the factory in chaos. The accountant has embezzled the company's money, causing them to go bankrupt. Aiko develops a heart disease and is hospitalized. She needs a heart transplant, but the Suzukis can't afford the medical costs. Before Shimao can come up with a way to clear their debts, Aiko passes away. Shimao and Mariko can do nothing but cry. That's when Shimao remembers what Toru told him in Hawaii. "When you're in trouble, come to me." The following day, Shimao finds himself standing in front of the towering building where Frontier is based. What will be waiting for Shimao inside?

What is the Secret to Suzuki Shimao's Success?

Kusanagi Tsuyoshi plays Suzuki Shimao - a simple man who runs a small screw factory handed down from his father. He doesn't have much money, but he has a strong sense of justice and a belief in looking out for other people. In the beginning of this drama, he is saving so that he can go on a trip with his mother, but he ends up having to lend the money to one of his workers who is in trouble with a loan shark. Luckily, he happens to win a trip for two to Hawaii shortly after and goes with his mother.

In Hawaii, he meets a rich Japanese woman named Kaori who he accidentally pushes into a swimming pool. In apology, he invites her to have dinner with him and his mother that night. Shimao and his mother don't expect a rich girl like Kaori to actually accept an invitation from the likes of them, but Kaori actually comes and has a good time with them. (Shimao has fallen in love with Kaori of course.) Kaori forgets her wallet that night, and Shimao goes to her hotel to return it to her.

At the hotel, Shimao meets Kaori's boyfriend (...?) Takayanagi Tooru, who is a famous Japanese millionaire. He has breakfast with them in Takayanagi's private suite and Shimao feels the huge economic gap between himself and Takayanagi. It is as if they live in a 'different world'. He is especially jealous that Takayanagi has a girl like Kaori. He is offered a large reward for returning the wallet, which he refuses because he has decided that he doesn't need money to be happy. He leaves, accepting only Takayanagi's business card.

Back in Japan, Shimao returns to his screw factory to find all his equipment being taken away to be sold. Apparently the factory has gone bankrupt because the man he left in charge of the factory's finances betrayed him. When Shimao's mother sees that the factory is closing, she goes into shock and they take her to the hospital.

His mother's condition turns out to be critical, and she needs to have a 10 million yen surgery in order to survive. Of course, Shimao doesn't have this money, so he goes to every bank in town and tries to borrow 10 million yen. He doesn't have any luck, and his mother passes away before anything can be done. Shimao is convinced that if he were a rich man, his mother would still be alive. He changes his mind about not needing money to be happy, and is suddenly desperate to become rich. So, he goes to see Takayanagi, whose business card he still has with him.

He goes to Takayanagi's e-business company, "Frontier" but isn't allowed to see Takayanagi without an appointment as he is just too important. Shimao gets a job as a security guard in the building in hopes of getting closer to Takayanagi. (And besides, he needs a job anyway.) He is well-liked by his supervisor who drinks together with him at night. Always drinking in a separate corner of the same bar are the top employees who work close by with Takayanagi. Among their numbers is also Kaori, who Shimao is still in love with. The high-priced wine and food that the high employees drink is in sharp contrast to the cheap stuff the security guards have, and Shimao once again feels that they live in a 'different world'. He wonders if he will ever get to meet Takayanagi, and learn the secret to becoming wealthy.

The deciding event comes when the Frontier company is doing a live webcast of an important soccer game. Just before the webcast, their server suddenly falls victim to a nasty virus and goes down. None of the programmers there can seem to fix it and the game is about to begin. At the same time, Shimao happens to be making his rounds as security guard and notices the computer trouble that the high executives are having. He quickly sits down at a computer, opens a command prompt window, and begins typing commands up a storm. It turns out that Shimao used to be a computer programming genius when he was young, but his business partner betrayed him and he ended up carrying on the family screw business instead. Shimao fixes the company's server just before the game begins and everyone in the office is overjoyed.

Takayanagi takes notice of this, and Shimao is instantly promoted from security guard to one of the top-level executives who works close with Takayanagi. He finally gets to meet Takayanagi again, who teaches him the secret to his success - which is being an uncaring @$$hole who doesn't look out for anyone other than himself. In order to test Shimao, Takayanagi gives him difficult jobs such as cutting off relations with smaller businesses which aren't helping to benefit Frontier. At first, Shimao tries to be uncaring, but he can't do it and instead tries to succeed by helping the little people to be more successful. This always gets him in a lot of trouble, but turns out well in the end.

So, it is a constant struggle between Takayanagi's uncaring ways and Shimao's sense of justice and helping others which is the basic conflict of this drama. Takayanagi's ways continue to make him more and more rich, but Shimao's sometimes bring about unexpected outcomes which exceed Takayanagi's original plans. Takayanagi gradually begins to dislike Shimao, and chooses to watch him from afar and to see what interesting results Shimao can bring about. Kaori also grows closer to Shimao as she is swayed by his kindness and begins to dislike Takayanagi's cold ways.

This drama can easily be read as anti-capitalist propaganda if you go that deep, but it is mostly just posing the age-old question of, "How important is money?" This drama would conclude that kindness and caring for others is more important. It's a simple story of a simple man who has dreams of a better life, but somehow this drama just has a feeling of magic and wonder to it that makes it fun to watch. It's probably mostly the background music and some of the camera work. You can see what I mean just by watching the clip below. Yeah - the background music does the trick.

I was hooked from the first episode of this drama, and it might just be one of the best of the season.

gw pribadi suka bgt sama dorama ini karena ceritanya menarik bgt, dimana ada dua pribadi yang bertolak belakang, suzuki shimao dan takayanagi touru, yang memiliki pendekatan berbeda dalam bisnis, yang pada akhirnya terlihat metode manakah yang lebih efektif. Selain itu gw belum pernah ngeliat dorama yang ngebahas mengenai tema seperti koiochi. Pokoknya sangat worth it untuk ditonton!!!

If you love a good Cinderella story, you'll probably like Shiawase ni Naritai(Thursdays, 9 p.m., TBS network). It is the classic Cinderella tale. Only it is not set in a fabled palace full of riches but in the fictional UBS Television Station, where there are always far more box lunches than staff to eat them.

Kyoko Fukada plays Hikari, our impoverished modern-day Cinderella, who lives in a shabby house on the outskirts of the metropolis with her sick mother and two sweet little brothers.

"Where are the evil stepsisters?" You may ask. Two nasty loan sharks have been employed to take their place. Tsurumi Shingo is actually quite convincing in the role of the chief loan collector Iijima, who is described in the PR materials in katakana as an "outlaw." Enough of the English euphemisms already. He is a sleazy character who preys on the families of his victims at their funerals.

Hikari's father has gone off seeking work, but returns in a casket after having driven his car off a pier in despair. He has left behind 10 million yen in debt, according to Iijima, who disrupts the funeral and steals the koden condolence money on the way out.

Standing in for Hikari's fairy godmother in this tale is Hasegawa (Shosuke Tanihara), an alumnus of her high school, who takes a day off from his job at UBS TV to help at the funeral. There are very few tears and even fewer mourners. It was always her father's dream to go out in style with an impressive funeral, but he seems to have failed even at this.

Takuma Shinoda is very good as Takeshi, the wise-beyond-his-years little brother who reads the business news and dreams of being rich. His even younger brother just wants to be happy, but he is not off to a very good start. When he asks why his father died, Takeshi tells him not to worry. It's not his fault. It's the government's economic policies that are to blame, he says.

Hikari quickly realizes she needs to quit high school and enter the job market. Eventually, Hasegawa gets her a job with the subcontracting company that cleans the TV station. With her little kerchief and broom she even begins to look like Cinderella, scooting about the TV palace with her cleaning cart.

She is a quick study and soon realizes she can feed her family on the production crews' leftover box lunches. Life is looking up at long last. She has even spied her "princess charming" in the form of Masako Nagai (Yuki Matsushita), the TV producer who is going to discover her dramatic talents in Episode 2

Nagai is a rare example of a woman who has made it almost to the top of the Japanese TV world, but she still crashes against that glass ceiling almost daily and is being held back by incompetent men. It doesn't help that Hikari's fairy godfather, Hasegawa, is a really lousy assistant producer for the channel.

Nagai is also saddled with a drama that has fallen to the single-digit ratings level. The higher-ups want the script revised, and she finally gets a rewrite from the pompous scriptwriter. Hasegawa is told to type it up, but he literally falls asleep on the job. Hikari wanders in and types while he is sleeping. When she can't read the handwriting, she makes things up as she goes along.

No one discovers what has happened until the script is sent out to cast and crew. Obviously, they like it better than the original, but Hikari will have to struggle a bit more before Nagai makes her fairy tale come true.

Maybe Nagai can also inform her that the loan, on which her mother's name and seal have been forged as the guarantor, is unlikely to be legally binding. And, at the very least, mum could declare bankruptcy. But none of this useful information was made available in Episode 1. We are led to think Hikari really does have to come up with the cash.

The story is predictable, but easy to watch. The cast is competent. I would give it three stars or even four glass slippers if it were not for the very annoying subplot involving the loan sharks. Not only are they allowed to proceed with the farce of "getting their money back" from the indigent family, but after all his snarling and circling, Iijima is going to be portrayed as a guy with a good heart hidden beneath his threatening exterior, according to the advance PR reports. And his nasty assistant is actually going to have a bit of a crush on Hikari.

This fairy tale behind-the-scenes at the TV station could have been quite entertaining without the loansharks. But if they have to be included, let's at least make them realistic. They drove her father to his death, and they would have sold her to the sex industry in a minute in Episode 1.

Sure, this is a fairy tale with a comic touch, but letting the loan sharks be bullies and nice guys at the same time doesn't tickle my funnybone.

Swing girls gw dapet..di... uhmm... berdosa gw, dvd bajakannya ud ada di pusat2 dvd bajakan di jakarta, di emperan juga ud ada. He, emang gw heboh bgt ya? habis, lagunya mantap2! ceritanya juga lucu, mirip bgt sama waterboys lah..

terus... o ya, yang ryoukiteki na Kanojo itu adaptasi dari film korea my sassy girl. Tampaknya cukup menarik...
